Returns and Exchange

Everything we do is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you don't like something, we'll replace it. We offer a full refund on most unused and unopened products within 90 days of purchase, and credit for returns after this time.

Please review our return policies below:

  • All returns must have an authorized RMA number from True Brands to be processed. We will not be able to process any return without an RMA number.
  • Credits will be issued when the return is received, if required, and processed. The True Brands customer service team will determine whether the product must be returned during entry of the return request.
  • All return-to-stock product must be in unused, clean, and saleable condition to receive credit.
  • Refunds for consumable items, such as food and beverage, are only valid within 2 months from the date of purchase. 
  • In the event you ordered the wrong item and wish to return it, please request a return authorization number within 7 days of product delivery.
  • In the event freight damage is found upon delivery of the shipment, you must request a return authorization number within 7 days of product delivery. Please supply any supporting documentation including signed BOL noting damage and provide photos if available.
  • In the event a customization error is found upon delivery and inspection of the product, please request a return authorization number within 7 days of product delivery. Please include photos of the item if available.
Price match guarantee:
At the time of sale and at True Brands' discretion, we will price match immediately available and new products (excludes clearance, refurbished, and open-box items) from major competitor pricing upon the receiving proof of the item listing from current pricing must be provided for the price match to be honored. The price match will apply to the current order only and will not apply to future orders.
